Job Description:

We require a Java Developer/Sr. Java Developer with Project/Product Development experience with VERY GOOD knowledge of JAVA/Core JAVA and MS SQL Database (SQL, PL/SQL). Specific Technical Keys & Knowledge required would be the following: J2SE, J2EE, CORE Java, Swing, Applets, Servlets, JSP, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, PHP, C#, Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server, SQL, PL/SQL, Hibernate 3.0, Java Persistence API (JPA), Multithreading, Jasper Reports 5.0.1, Maven, Swing MVC, Creating a GUI with JFC/Swing, Desktop based Application.

Senior Developer should be self and fast learner and is responsible for understanding the requirements and/or issues of product(s)/project(s), developing and testing the code for requirements and/or fixing bugs, testing test cases, and creating test scripts for the product/project functionalities on different requirements.

  • Excellent Java/J2EE coding & troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with as many of the following tools/frameworks and languages is highly desirable:
  • Hibernate 3.0, Java Persistence API (JPA), Multithreading, Jasper Reports 5.0.1, Maven, Swing MVC, Creating a GUI With JFC/Swing, Desktop based Application
  • J2EE (JSP, Servlets, JDBC, EJB, RMI, JMS, XML), Javascript, Webservices, AJAX, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JSON, Eclipse, Maven, Ant, Tomcat, JBoss, XML / XSL, UML , Design Patterns, JBOSS
  • Thinking creatively as well as identifying and demonstrating innovative solutions
  • Developing highly scalable, high performing, interactive, enterprise level web applications
  • Working seamlessly across all layers of the application from back-end databases and SDK through to the Rich Interactive web UI
  • Effectively employing an extensive knowledge of Java technologies and strong command of web standards, CSS based-design, and browser technologies.
  • Defining development standards for object-oriented practices and working with the team to implement properly
  • Developing / enhancing multi-tier standalone/web applications
Essential Key Skills:
  • Excellent Java/J2EE coding & troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent in MS SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Packages/Procedures development skills
  • Excellent experience on multiple project development
  • Programming: Very good in Java/J2EE.
  • Technologies: JSP, Java Script, JQuery, Servlets, EJB
  • Debugging: Good expertise in finding root causes of crashes from the dumps, Analyzing log traces to debug issues,
  • Working experience on impact analysis, gap analysis, effort estimation
  • Working experience on Java based Product Development
  • Experience on large integration projects, involving downstream products/services
  • Strong experience on all processes of complete SDLC

2. Job Profile –  Sales Manager.

Experience: 2  – 4 years

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

Salary: Best as per industry standards & relevant experience.

Job Location: Mumbai. But person must be willing to travel anywhere in India.

Responsibilities.

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing Annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualification : Diploma in Electronics.

Job Description:

Candidate should have relevant experience in handling CCTV & Security systems. Person from IT background & having own two wheeler would be an advantage.

Experience: 0 – 2 years of sales experience.

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Salary: Commission basis with all out of pocket expenses being compensated.

Job Location: Mumbai & Pune (2 each).

  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion with proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas for Thermal devices.
